In fourth grade, we asked our students how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich step by step. We wanted them to understand that no matter the subject, they need to be specific in their work.

Celebrating Atlas Testing Success in 6th Grade!! Way to go, students, teachers, and parents!!

All students are eligible to receive free breakfast at school this year! At high school, students have two opportunities to get breakfast, either before school starts or between 1st and 2nd periods. Be sure to take advantage of this great opportunity to start the day off right!

What a Fantastic First Day at Hillcrest High School!
We kicked off the school year with great energy and excitement at our back-to-school assembly, where students were warmly welcomed by staff. The assembly included helpful reminders and some celebrations of last year’s testing data.
Afterward, students gathered in grade-level meetings and posed for first-day class photos. By mid-morning, everyone was settling into their class schedules and getting back into the rhythm of learning.
Thank you to our students, teachers, and staff for making the first day a great success. We’re excited for the growth, learning, and achievements the year ahead will bring!

As a friendly reminder, all Hillcrest Seniors need to be on the high school campus at 7:50, July 23, 2025.

Thank you to Mandy Durham for donating our the decals for our classroom doors! We appreciate it!
