Congrats to our Screamin' Eagle basketball teams for their victories tonight in the 1A-3 District Tournament. Sr Boys will take on Ridgefield Christian tomorrow at 6:00 with a Regional Tournament berth at stake! With the Lady Eagles win, they earned a berth to next weeks regional tournament. They will take on Marked Tree, Thursday at 6:30 in the semi-finals of the district tournament. Come out and cheer on our Screamin' Eagles! Go Screamin' Eagles!!

We are excited to release the new, balanced, 2024-2025 Hillcrest school calendar. In person instruction will continue to be 178 days, but students will have a fall break and an extended spring break. The 24-25' school year will begin on Wednesday, July 31, and end on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
Congratulations to the Hillcrest Jr Boys on their win over Mammoth Spring 47-13 in the district tournament. They will play Ridgefield Christian in the semi-finals Thursday at 7:45. Go Screamin' Eagles!!
1A-3 Jr District Tournament begins Monday at Ridgefield Christian School in Jonesboro. Hillcrest Jr Boys will play Monday at 4:00 vs Mammoth Spring. Hillcrest Jr girls will play Marked Tree, Wednesday at 5:15. Once we have a completed bracket available we will post it. Good Luck Screamin' Eagles!

Tonight is a very special night for the Hillcrest Screamin' Eagle family.
The Hillcrest Senior Night ceremony is this evening, Thursday, February 1, at 5:00PM. The Senior ceremony will be followed by a Hillcrest vs Sloan-Hendrix Sr. Girls game. Immediately following the Sr. Girls game; The 1973, Lynn Jr. Boys team will be recognized for winning the Class B, Jr. High State Tournament. This is the 50th Anniversary of their State Championship. The Hillcrest Sr. Boys will conclude the night, as they play the Sloan-Hendrix Sr. Boys.
The yearbook staff has 33 yearbooks left for this school year. If you would like to purchase you may do so with Mrs. Heather for $61.25. Senior parents please be aware purchasing an ad does not hold you a yearbook. First come, first serve.
Hillcrest will host a 4th, 5th, and 6th Grade pee-wee basketball tournament, this Saturday, February 3rd, at Lynn. Hillcrest, Cedar Ridge, Jackson County, and McCrory will all be participating. Admission is $3 for adults, gate opens at 8:30AM. The schedule of games are below:
